Sub Committees
The association has a number of sub committees which have been formed to tackle issues of concern as and when they arise. Such issues are discussed by the executive committee, and if required, the appropriate sub committee is called on to investigate the issue and report its findings back to the executive or management committee.

4th Technical Services Manual
4th Technical Services Manuals are available, and can be obtained by contacting the Secretariat.
This edition contains 176 information packed pages from authors involved in all aspects of our industry. Authors from overseas companies also contribute to this edition. No person involved in the use of equipment in potentially hazardous areas should be without this publication.
Due to the fact that this manual contains some outdated specs it is now available free of charge, however postage is at the recipients expense.
All members are requested to help in the marketing and sales of the manual to ensure the success of the project. SAFA has put a lot of effort and funds into the production of the manual and now we would like to see the project finished by distributing all 2000 copies!
